Dear Parents,
We are excited to invite you to a FREE 8-week curriculum series designed to help you and your family make healthier lifestyle choices. This informative series will cover important topics like:

  • Diet Quality: Learn how to make nutritious food choices.
  • Physical Activity: Understand the importance of staying active for your health.
  • Food Safety: Discover tips for keeping your food safe and fresh.
  • Food Security: Get resources to ensure access to healthy food for your family.
  • Food Preparation: Gain practical skills for preparing healthy meals at home.

Dates: 10/30, 11/13, 12/4, 12/18, 1/8, 1/22, 2/5, and 2/19
Time: 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Location: George Junior High (4601 Airport Ave, Rosenberg)
